Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-based system for automated plant disease detection and classification. The invention utilizes image acquisition, preprocessing, normalization, feature extraction, and deep learning techniques to identify healthy and diseased plant leaves with high accuracy. The system is trained using a large dataset containing multiple plant species and disease categories to improve prediction reliability and scalability. The proposed invention achieves rapid and real-time disease diagnosis with an average accuracy of approximately 94.65%. The invention reduces manual inspection efforts and supports precision agriculture, smart farming, and sustainable crop management by enabling early disease detection and treatment recommendations.
