MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514002264 A) filed by Foshan Shunde Kaishuo Precision Mold Automation Technology Co. Ltd.; and Guangdong Jieshun Robot Co. Ltd., Foshan City, China, on Jan. 10, for 'an automated production line for compressor assembly.'

Inventor(s) include Zhou Li; Chuanhai Xie; Bingxu Chen; Yaopeng Huang; and Jiechang Cai.

The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses an automated production line for compressor assembly, relating to the field of compressor assembly technology, and the automated production line for compressor assembly comprises a stator shrink fit production line, a rotor pump body press-fit production line, and a detection assembly production line; the inspection and assembly production line includes a first feeding conveyor line, a second feeding conveyor line, and an assembling mechanism, the first feeding conveyor line is connected to the rotor pump body press-fit production line, and the second feeding conveyor line is connected to the stator shrink fit production line; the first feeding conveyor line is provided with a plurality of magnetization mechanisms, and the magnetization mechanism comprises a magnetizing portion, and a first lifting group, and a second lifting group; the magnetizing portion includes a docking base, and an action rod inserted into the docking base,, and the first lifting group and the second lifting group are used to achieve synchronous or relative motion between the action rod and the docking base. The production line has a magnetization mechanism with two sets of lifting groups, so that the magnetization positioning and fixing operation of rotor pump body is simplified, and both the processing convenience and assembling efficiency of rotor pump body are improved."
