Said apparatus may form a mesh network, with: an at least an aviating member (500); an at least an external device; and/or the cloud. Data transmitted to an at least a supervisory scrutinising member (201) may subsequently be transmitted to the cloud, for storage and backup purposes. The disclosed apparatus offers at least the following advantages: is relatively simple in construction; is relatively cost-effective; is unmanned; operates in a continuous manner, without any interruptions; and is configured (is comprehensive enough) for multiple use cases."
