The method involves weighing (201), sieving (202), mixing (203), compressing (204) using a tablet press machine (110) with a hopper (111) and punch-die set (112), followed by quality control and packaging (205) in biodegradable materials (115). The tablet dissolves in 1-2 ml water within 30 seconds, ensuring precise dosage, portability, and eco-friendly skincare."
