MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517095037 A) filed by Joint Stock Company Biocad, Saint Petersburg, Russia, on Oct. 3, for 'antibody-like molecule comprising heterodimer of human cd1b (cluster of differentiation 1) protein.'

Inventor(s) include Poliakov, Dmitrii Nikolaevich; Legotskii, Sergei Aleksandrovich; Danilov, Maksim Andreevich; Baranovskaia, Marianna Dmitrievna; Ivanova, Kseniia Vitalievna; Nazarenko, Olga Viktorovna; Iakovlev, Pavel Andreevich; and Morozov, Dmitry Valentinovich.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to antibody-like molecules that comprise a heterodimer of membrane-proximal domains of human CD1b (cluster of differentiation 1) protein, as well as to a process for producing said antibody-like molecules. The invention further relates to a nucleic acid encoding said antibody-like molecule, an expression vector, a host cell for producing said antibody-like molecule and to a method for producing said cell."

The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 27, 2024, under International application No.PCT/RU2024/050045.
