MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517066220 A) filed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tarrytown, U.S.A., on July 11, for 'antigen-binding molecules that bind to aav particles and uses.'
Inventor(s) include Kyratsous, Christos; Murphy, Andrew J.; Moller-Tank, Sven; Shen, Yang; and Nguyen, Tri.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided herein are anti-adeno-associated virus (AAV) antibodies and antigen fragments thereof, as well as multispecific antibodies (e.g., bispecific antibodies) that bind to both a capsid of an AAV particle and a molecule on a cell surface, related molecular complexes, affinity matrices, and pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of use thereof."
