MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547083416 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy, Espoo, Finland, on Sept. 2, for 'apparatus, method, and computer program.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "There is disclosed an apparatus comprising: means for storing a cell configuration for use when the apparatus is in an active mode; means for sending one or more cell measurements of a cell associated with the stored cell configuration to a network node; and means for, once the cell measurements have been sent, activating the stored cell configuration at the apparatus while the apparatus is in the active mode or is entering the active mode."
