MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517065959 A) filed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on July 10, for 'apparatus and method for performing logging according to in-device coexistence (idc) problem and radio link failure (rlf) in next-generation mobile communication system.'

The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a terminal performs a logging procedure in consideration of in-device coexistence (IDC) interference, thereby enabling efficient wireless communication between the terminal and a base station."
