Inventor(s) include Sreenivasan, Praveen; Yadav, Rahul; Rath, Sangram Keshri; Dalvi, Vishal Ganpat; Raut, Rohidas Dashrath; Vislavath, Prakash; Devadaru, Savala Amarjyoti; and Ratna, Debdatta.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to aramid short fiber pulp composition and a process of preparation of the same. The aramid short fiber pulp has high degree of fibrillation and demonstrates superior dispersion in various elastomer matrixes for preparation of high strength rubber nano composites. The present invention also provides a solvent free method for preparation of aramid short fibre- nano filler pulp using conventional rubber processing machinery and which is economical and simple. The high strength rubber nanocomposites reinforced with the aramid short fiber pulp is well suited for applications such an aerospace ablation resistant linings, high strength rubber composites for abrasion resistance and heat resistance."
