MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611026218 A) filed by GNA University, Phagwara, Punjab, on March 5, for 'archery training device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An archery training device, comprises of an armor chest guard 101 configured to be worn by a user during practice, a quiver 102 to store and selectively dispense arrows 103, an input means operatively coupled with an embedded microcontroller for receiving user commands, a plurality of motorized clamps 105 within the quiver 102 for secure arrow 103 retention and controlled release, a bow 201 accessed by the user to launch arrows 103 toward a target board 301 mounted on an extendable stand 302, a plurality of sensors integrated with at least one of the bow 201, chest guard 101, quiver 102, and target board 301 for monitoring posture, alignment, physiological parameters, arrow 103 trajectory, and impact characteristics, an AI camera 303 for detecting arrow 103 impact and scoring, a speaker 106 providing real-time guidance, and a holographic projection unit 107 displaying visual feedback."
