MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010067 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'artificial grass patch installation device for enclosure walls.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Rajneesh Tyagi.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A artificial grass patch installation device for enclosure walls comprises a housing 1 installed with a chamber 2 to place artificial grass patch that is to be arranged on a wall of the enclosure, a camera 3 mounted on the housing 1 for capturing multiple images of the wall, a touch enabled screen 4 plotted on the housing 1 to select an area on the wall to be arranged with the patch, at least four motorized omnidirectional wheels 5 configured underneath the housing 1 for positioning the housing 1 in proximity to the user-selected area, an electronic nozzle 6 mounted on the housing 1 for dispensing the paint on the user-selected area, a drilling unit 14 configured on the housing 1 for drilling the screws in the wall, and a telescopically operated gripper arranged on the housing 1 for installing the net over the wall."
