MUMBAI, India, Jan. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511103901 A) filed by Chitkara University; and Chitkara Innovation Incubator Foundation, Rajpura, Punjab, on Oct. 28, 2025, for 'artificial intelligence (ai)-powered emotional resonance analysis system for digital signage.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An artificial intelligence (AI)-powered emotional resonance analysis system for digital signage, comprises of a plurality of high-resolution red, green and blue (RGB) cameras 101 and infrared cameras 102 positioned in vicinity of digital displays 105 to capture facial expressions, gaze patterns, and body language of potential customers to collect anonymized multi-modal data, an emotional resonance analyser 103 engine embedded in a processing module configured to receive and process the captured data using machine learning protocols and sentiment classifiers that fuse inputs with predefined weights to generate an emotional resonance score, a content database 104 communicatively coupled to the processing module and configured with generative protocols to select or create multimedia content based on the emotional resonance score indicative of customer interest, and a plurality of digital displays 105 comprising LED/LCD panels communicatively coupled to the processing module for delivering personalized real-time content to influence potential customer behavior."
