MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541115415 A) filed by Setnextgen Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Nov. 21, 2025, for 'artificial intelligence-based anomaly detection for machine control.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Accordingly embodiments herein disclose an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system (1) and method (100) for controlling one or more machines. The system (1) comprises an AI-based mobile edge unit (10) comprising an imaging device (12) for capturing an image of a worksite when the AI-based mobile edge unit (10) moves over a track assembly (20) installed in the worksite. An anomaly in the worksite is detected by processing images of the worksite. A main control unit (30) categorizes the anomaly by using an AI-based model (32), and a sub-control module (40) generates a control signal based on a category of the detected anomaly."
