MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202341087330 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Dec. 20, 2023, for 'assistive lpg cylinder transportation device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An assistive LPG cylinder transportation device, comprises of a frame 1 configured with plurality of omni-directional wheels 2 positioned on a fixed surface, a handle 3 fabricated with a cushioned-pad attached with the frame 1 gripped by a user for transporting the cylinder, touch interactive display panel 5 accessed by user to input commands regarding transportation of cylinder, a pair of telescopically operated clamps 6 attached with frame 1 via a motorized ball and socket joint 7 for clasping and placing cylinder over rod 4, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 8 for detecting dimension of the cylinder, a pair of telescopically operated suction cup 10 to secure the cylinder, a non-dispersive infrared sensor for detecting leakage of gas, LED light 9 for glowing and notifying user regarding gas leakage and a weight sensor for detecting weight of cylinder as means of determining presence of gas amount."
