The system includes a three-dimensional (3D) anatomical structure unit (102) configured to create 3D visualizations of a human anatomical structure, including bones, muscles, organs, and circulatory systems; an Augmented Reality (AR) rendering unit (104) comprising a camera (104a) configured to detect physical markers and a surrounding environment overlaying on the human anatomical structure; a quiz operating unit (106) configured to capture responses of the user on the human anatomical structure and evaluate the user's knowledge of the human anatomical structure through a questionnaire process; a processing unit (108) configured to process and handle an user interaction about the human anatomical structure; and a visualization unit (110) overlays a color-coded heat map onto the 3-D anatomical structure, configured to generate a heat map for mapping incorrect-answer frequencies and user interaction towards corresponding anatomical coordinates."
