MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020666 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 19, 2024, for 'automated brick manufacturing device.'
Inventor(s) include Ashok Gupta; Neha Vashistha; Mamta Bansal; and Nidhi Tyagi.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated brick manufacturing device comprising, a housing 1 configured with multiple rods 2 to support housing 1, a motorized wheel 3 attached with rods 2 to move housing 1, multiple chambers 4 for storing materials, a display panel 6 to input brick's details, a valve 7 attached with the chambers 4 for dispensing material inside vessel 8, a motorized stirrer 9 for mixing materials, an electronic nozzle 10 connected with vessel 8 via lead screw 12 for dispensing paste inside mould 11, a hinged joint 13 configured on mould 11 to move plate 14, a heating unit 15 for heating paste, a primary robotic gripper 16 for withdrawing brick, a furnace 17 to bake brick, an imaging unit 18 for determining color of the brick, and a secondary robotic gripper 19 for withdrawing and placed brick to outlet 20."
