MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127078 A) filed by Rayat Bahra University; Bahra University; and Rayat Bahra Professional University, Mohali, Punjab, on Dec. 15, 2025, for 'automated concrete structure cutting device.'

Inventor(s) include Sayra Saini; Pushpender Sharma; Eashan; and Anu Thakur.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated concrete structure cutting device, comprising a base platform 101 attached with plurality of motorized wheels 102 to maneuver on a ground surface, a touch interactive display unit 103 installed on the platform 101 to provide input commands regarding dimension of a concrete structure required for cutting operation, an imaging unit 104 installed on the platform 101 to detect presence of a concrete structure, a holographic projection unit 105 installed over the platform 101 to project holographic projections, a telescopic rod 106 attached with a motorized cutting saw 107 to initiate cutting on surface of the concrete structure, a telescopic bar 108 configured with an electronic nozzle to dispense water on the cutting saw 107, a motorized pump integrated with a water chamber 110 to deliver the water to the nozzle 109."
