MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127101 A) filed by Rayat Bahra University; Bahra University; and Rayat Bahra Professional University, Mohali, Punjab, on Dec. 15, 2025, for 'automated damp wall proof sheet application device.'
