MUMBAI, India, Sept. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311020500 A) filed by Galgotias University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on March 23, 2023, for 'automated door operating device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Yogesh Kumar; and Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Prasad.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 27, under issue no. 39/2024.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an automated door operating device comprises of a L-shaped platform 1 developed to be positioned on a ground surface in close proximity to a door, an image capturing module 3 for determining an opening operation of door, a user-interface for enabling a user to input details regarding a closing operation of door, a telescopically operated L-shaped rod 6 configured with a pneumatic pusher 7 installed on platform 1 for extending and positioning pusher 7 on door, a dust sensor mapped on platform 1 for detecting dust present in proximity to platform 1 and a vacuum unit 8 installed on platform 1 for puling detected dust from surface towards a chamber installed on platform 1."
