MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011210 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 10, for 'automated grass armchair constructing device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Aneesh Wunnava.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated grass armchair constructing device, comprising a platform 101 positioned on a ground surface multiple telescopically operated rods 102 provide support to platform 101, motorized wheel 103 for providing movement to platform 101, a display panel 104 installed on platform 101 to provide command for preparing a grass armchair, an imaging unit 105 to generate a three-dimensional mapping of surrounding, two robotic grippers 107 to grip required numbers of cardboards from chamber 106 and position over platform 101, a motorized cutting unit 108 installed on platform 101 by means of a robotic link 109 for cutting cardboard in specified shape, a dual axis slider 110 configured between platform 101 and link 109 to provide bi-directional movement to link 109 for cutting cardboards appropriately and a vacuum-based soil dispensing unit 112 configured with container 111, to fill soil and seeds in constructed structure of cardboards via a flexible hose 113."
