MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202341087605 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Dec. 21, 2023, for 'automated hand glove removing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated hand glove removing device, comprises of a body 1 configured with a handle 2 to allow a user to hand body 1 over a buckle 3, a motorized hinge to allow user to insert hand in between member 4 and body 1, a camera 6 capture multiple images of user's hand, a speaker 7 command user for placing hand at an appropriate position, multiple rods 8 attached via multiple double rack and gear arrangement 9 to move rods 8 in proximity of each fingertip of handle 2 glove worn by user, a gripper 10 is configured with a toggle crank arrangement 11 for providing an angular movement to gripper 10 by activation of disc to clasp finger tips of glove and a motorized clamp 12 attached with member 4 via a L-shaped telescopic rod 13 for positioning clamp 12 over trank portion of glove to clasp portion."
