MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411025559 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 28, 2024, for 'automated leavened dough baking device.'

Inventor(s) include M. Moni; Anil Joshi; Nimra; and Neha Vashishta.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated leavened dough baking device, comprising a cylindrical hollow body 1 positioned on ground surface, motorized wheels 2 for providing movement to the body 1 on the surface, touch enabled screen allowing user to enter details regarding a time duration for which wire is to be ignited inside the body 1, multi-sectioned chamber 3 for storing solid fuels, motorized iris lid 4 for dispensing the solid fuels on bottom of the chamber 3, electric lighter to ignite the fuels, L-shaped telescopic rod 7 to facilitate user to position a leavened dough over the structure, circular sliders 5 to facilitate proper baking of the dough, AI based imaging unit 9 to capture images of the body 1, electromagnetic spring 10 to absorbs shocks and fluctuation during placement of the dough by the user and motorized ball and socket joint 11 to facilitate placement of the dough inside the body 1."
