MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010071 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'automated mobile cover manufacturing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated mobile cover manufacturing device, comprising a housing 1 installed with a chamber 2 stored with multiple wooden blocks that is gripped by a telescopically operated gripper 4 and place over a platform, a motorized cutter 6 suspended form ceiling actuated by microcontroller for cutting block to form cavity in accordance to model number of a mobile phone whole cover is to be manufactured, along with specifying color, a vessel 9 stored with plastic pieces and integrated with heating unit 8 for melting the plastic, followed by actuation of electronic nozzle 10 for dispensing molten plastic within receptacle, the user specified color dispenses within the receptacle by means of electronic valves 11 for obtaining plastic mixture, the gripper 4 position block over slab 14 and actuates electronic spout 15 for dispensing mixture within cavity, followed by actuation of air blower 16 for drying mixture to obtain mobile cover."
