Features encompass safety interlocks, data logging for traceability, and synchronization with upstream silos and downstream mixers, enabling timed binder introduction between coarse and fine fractions for homogeneous dispersion. Multiple dispensers can network under centralized PLC for scalable, multi-binder blending. The method involves charging, screening, collecting, actuated discharge, and sensor-responsive control, ensuring accurate, traceable dosing without manual intervention."
