MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013507 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'automated sand bags packaging device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated sand bags packaging device, comprising a body 1 configured with a pair of motorized track wheels 2 maneuvering the body 1 on a ground surface, a touch display screen 3 arranged on the body 1 enabling user's input commands, a panel 4 arranged on the body 1 integrated with plurality of motorized iris lids 5 engaging sand bags, multiple clippers 6 integrated on the lid 5 securing the sand bags, a hydraulically operated L-shaped rod 7 integrated in between the body 1 and panel 4 positioning the panel 4 over a heap of sand, a pair of flaps 8 integrated on lateral sides of the panel 4 removing extra sands, a speaker 9 integrated on the body 1 notifying user for collecting the sand bags and an artificial-based imaging unit 10 attached on the body 1 detecting presence of heap of sand on the surface."
