MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020781 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 19, 2024, for 'automated spaghetti shaped ice-cream dispensing device.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated spaghetti shaped ice-cream dispensing device, comprises of a platform 1 positioned over affixed surface configured with a multi-sectioned chamber 2 stores multiple flavors of ice-cream, a touch interactive display panel 3 enables user to input regarding type of ice-cream and thickness, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 4 captures images of the chamber 2 to determine user specified ice-cream flavor, robotic arm 5 configured with a scooper 6 scoops out user desired ice-cream, a cylindrical housing 7 contains dispensed ice-cream from the scoop, plurality of motorized iris lids 8 opens according to the user-specified thickness for making spaghetti shape ice-cream, a pusher 9 pushes the ice-cream towards the iris lids 8, a motorized disc 11 accessed by user to position axillary container and rotates in order to cut the spaghetti, a temperature sensor determines temperature of the ice-cream chamber."
