MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007791 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'automated throttle body maintenance device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. M K Aravindan.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated throttle body maintenance device, comprising a platform 1 configured with a plate 2 over which a throttle body tis placed, and a user connects a butterfly valve of body with a tube 3 assembled on platform 1, a touch interactive display panel 4 accessed by user to input specifications and type of throttle body, a motorized crank shaft 5 for moving a piston connected with shaft 5 in upward/downward for circulation of air inside tube 3, a communication bus connected with a mass air flow sensor for fetching/sharing data regarding flow of air circulated inside throttle body from sensor and based on which a faulty body is determined, a speaker 6 for notifying user regarding faulty throttle body, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 7 detects dust particles on body, and an electronic nozzle 8 for dispensing diesel on surface in order to clean particles."
