According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated torsion spring manufacturing device, comprising a platform 1 configured with multiple rods 2 supporting platform 1 on ground surface, multiple rollers 3 arranged on the platform 1 wrapped with metallic wires, a display panel 4 mapped on the platform 1 enabling user's input commands, multiple flame thrower 5 assembled on the platform 1 decreasing wire hardness, a motorized cutter 6 assembled on the platform 1 cutting portion of wire, a pair of robotic grippers 7 assembled on the platform 1, a column 8 assembled on the platform 1, a motorized clamp 9 assembled on the column 8 securing the piece of wire, a pair of clamps 10 assembled on the platform 1 via a pair of telescopic links 11 gripping ends of piece of wire and a high-torque DC (Direct Current) electric motor 12 coupled with the column 8 for rotating column 8 to produce spring."
