MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411013490 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'automated two-wheeler skid prevention system.'
Inventor(s) include Sanjeev Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated two-wheeler skid prevention system, comprises of an elongated frame 1 utilize to installed on the first portion for securing the frame 1 with the bottom portion, a touch sensor(not shown in figure) fabricated on the clamping units 2 for detecting contact of the clamping units 2 with the bottom portion, suction units 3 ranging from 3 to 5 in numbers that are embedded on each of the clamping units 2 for affixing the frame with the vehicle, motorized wheel (not shown in figure) is installed with each of the member 4 for provide an additional support to a driver of the two-wheeler, while driving the vehicle, an imaging unit 5 mounted on the frame 1 for determining any presence of obstacles or steep turns ahead of the vehicle, and a speaker 6 mounted on the second portion for notifying the user to slow down speed of the vehicle."
