MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311088302 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Dec. 22, 2023, for 'automatic sim card maintenance device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ramakant Upadhyay.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an automatic sim card maintenance device, comprising a body 1 configured with a primary and secondary plate 2, 3, connected via an electromagnetic spring 4 utilized for maintaining sim card, a pin 5 configured on primary plate 2 for inserting pin 5 within sim card tray, a microphone 6 mapped on secondary plate 3 for enabling user's voice command, a camera 7 mounted on secondary plate 3 to detect pin 5 alignment, a speaker 8 installed on secondary plate 3 for notifying user, a scotch yoke arrangement 9 integrated with pin 5 for providing pin 5 movement, a primary suction cup 10 assembled with a member 11 configured with a scissor lift arrangement 12 mounted on primary plate 2 for pulling the tray and a rotatable frame 16 fabricated with bristles 17 for cleaning sim card."
