The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses an autonomous glass cleaning system 102 with green energy integration designed for high-rise buildings. The system is permanently installed on the building facade and operates through a motorized carriage that moves vertically along fixed guide rails. The carriage is equipped with rotating brushes 203, spray nozzles 206, a squeegee, suction unit, and blower fan 202 to perform complete cleaning, drying, and polishing in a single cycle. A rooftop-mounted axial wind turbine 105 provides renewable power to drive the system, minimizing reliance on external electricity and promoting energy efficiency. Controlled by a programmable unit, the system can function manually, automatically, or through scheduled cleaning cycles. Its sensor-based automation ensures safe, streak-free, and efficient cleaning even under varying environmental conditions. This invention provides a sustainable, maintenance-free, and eco-friendly solution for modern glass facade maintenance, reducing human risk and operational costs."
