MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417073001 A) filed by Byd Company Limited, Guangdong, China, on Sept. 26, 2024, for 'battery, battery pack and vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Wang, Xinyue; Yuan, Wansong; Zhang, Da; and Duan, Pingan.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A vehicle, which is provided with a battery pack, wherein the battery pack comprises a battery. The battery comprises a battery shell, an electrode core, and a conductive column, wherein the electrode core is arranged in the battery shell; and the conductive column passes through the battery shell so as to connect to the electrode core, and the relationship between a cross-sectional area s of the conductive column and a battery capacity C is: C/s = 8."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 30, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/073797.
