MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417072997 A) filed by Byd Company Limited, Guangdong, China, on Sept. 26, 2024, for 'battery protective bottom plate, battery pack composite protective structure, and vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Wan, Long; Lu, Zhipei; Peng, Qingbo; Zhu, Yan; and Tan, Zhijia.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A battery protective bottom plate, a battery pack composite protective structure and a vehicle. The battery protective bottom plate comprises an upper fiber reinforced resin layer, a metal plate and a lower fiber reinforced resin layer, wherein the metal plate is located between the upper fiber reinforced resin layer and the lower fiber reinforced resin layer, and the following condition is satisfied."
