The method comprises: determining a first BA message frame, wherein the first BA message frame comprises first serial number (SN) information of a first data frame transmitted by a station device STA, the first SN information comprises a first SN initial value, and the first SN initial value is smaller than an SN value corresponding to a first frame at which a first AP receives the first data frame; and transmitting the first BA message frame. The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a BA mechanism implementation method to meet a transmission requirement of UHR."
