According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A breathable and cooling shoe, comprising a sole. An air discharging channel used for communicating the inside of the shoe with the outside is provided on the sole; a heat dissipation member (2) is provided on the air discharging channel, and the heat dissipation member (2) does not block the air discharging channel and is provided in an air discharging direction of the air discharging channel, so as to discharge, during air discharging, heat of the heat dissipation member (2) by means of the air discharging channel. According to the breathable and cooling shoe, the heat dissipation member (2) is additionally provided in the air discharging direction of the air discharging channel, so that in an air suctioning and discharging process based on the air discharging channel, heat in the shoe can be quickly exchanged and discharged out of the shoe by means of the heat dissipation member (2), thereby effectively decreasing the temperature in the shoe and providing more comfortable and cooler wearing experience."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 21, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/132764.
