MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514079853 A) filed by Nidec Mobility Corporation, Aichi, Japan, on Aug. 22, 2025, for 'busbar unit and motor unit.'

Inventor(s) include Hiwa, Takahiro; and Kawakita, Yoichi.

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The busbar unit (100) includes three busbars (11, 12, 13) and a resin fixing portion (2). The resin fixing portion includes a busbar fixing hole (HB) for fixing a connection terminal of the circuit board (CB) with the busbar interposed therebetween and a case fixing hole (HC) for fixing the resin fixing portion to a case (IH) of the circuit board. The busbar includes a motor fixing hole (HM) for fixing the busbar to the motor phase current terminal. The busbar fixing hole, the case fixing hole, and the motor fixing hole are located at three points which are vertexes of a triangle in a top view and a side view of the circuit board, and respective fixing targets are screw-fastened to each other at the three points."
