MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012945 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 22, 2024, for 'bush connector manufacturing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A bush connector manufacturing device, comprising a platform 1 positioned on a ground surface, a chamber 2 installed on the platform 1 storing damaged leaf springs of a vehicle, a display panel 3 mounted on the platform 1 enabling user input details, a robotic gripper 4 installed on the platform 1 for gripping and positioning the leaf spring into a heating chamber 10 installed on the platform 1, a moulding arrangement 5 positioned on the platform 1 positioning the heated spring into one of plurality of U-shaped moulds 6 arranged on the moulding arrangement 5, a motorized hammer 7 installed on the arrangement 5 striking the spring, a cylindrical member 8 installed on the platform 1 to construct a bush connector and a welding unit 9 mounted on the platform 1 joining ends portions to form the bush connector."
