According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "It is very essential of basic elements in many states as solid, liquid and gas on human body which derives endothermic and exothermic reactions directly and indirectly. Further these very helpful for washing all human body parts as a practical case of jala chikitsa. The density role depends of human body composition of metals, suppose carbon content more person density more, mass also more which leads to finally health imbalance of human body. The other element hydrogen element is very good used in so many therapy which is called jala chikitsa, so complete body parts will be serviced or washing internally as well as externally. Solid oxygen called metallic one which also aided advantages to human body. For glands also prakruti chikitsa plays vital role. Here cryogenic is important key phenomenon for all basic elements. The major types of human body glands are seven, which release seven hormones that make the human body as stable as required in day-to-day life. This paper mainly focuses on how the human body will be in stable equilibrium, where and when the body will not influence diseases, and what are the methods to gain the activation of glands to release hormones in the whole body. There are mainly seven glands, namely the hypothalamus,pituitary,thyroid, parathyroid, adrenals, pineal body, the ovaries, and the testes. energy from the universe obtained while maintaining equilibrium of all three doshas (kapha, vaata, and pitta).
