Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Cell Measurement Method And Apparatus, And Storage Medium' Filed by Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527067533 A) filed by Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co. Ltd., Beijing, on July 15, for 'cell measurement method and apparatus, and storage medium.'

Inventor(s) include Hu, Ziquan; and Tao, Xuhua.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a cell measurement method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The cell measurement method is applied to a network device, and comprises: sending an NCSG configuration for L1 mobility measurement, wherein the NCSG configuration is used for instructing a user equipment to execute L1 mobility measurement of a neighboring cell."
