According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a child-friendly multisensory analgesia system for reducing pain and anxiety during pediatric dental procedures. The system comprises a handheld housing ergonomically configured in an anthropomorphic form and fabricated from medical-grade polymer. The device includes a vibration module configured to deliver mechanical stimulation at a frequency between 50-100 Hz and amplitude of 0.3-0.8 mm, and a thermoelectric cooling module comprising a Peltier element thermally coupled to a skin-contact plate with closed-loop temperature regulation maintained not below 18 C. The system further comprises an audio module configured to emit preloaded sound at a controlled volume not exceeding 75 dB, and a light module comprising one or more LED elements configured to provide visual stimulation. A microcontroller unit operatively regulates the vibration, cooling, audio, and light modules individually or in combination. The device includes a rechargeable power supply module, user interface controls, and sterile sheath covers for clinical use."
