Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Cloud Radio Access Network Acceleration Latency Optimizer' Filed by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (PUBL)

MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517059853 A) filed by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (PUBL), Stockholm, on June 23, for 'cloud radio access network acceleration latency optimizer.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method and apparatus for receiving information on arriving data packets and analyzing the data packets to determine processing latency for processing the data packets. When the processing latency for processing the data packets by a central processing unit (CPU) is below a processing latency threshold, assigning allocation of the data packets to the CPU for processing the data packets. When the processing latency for processing the data packets by the CPU is above the processing latency threshold, assigning the allocation of the data packets to an accelerator processor for processing the data packets."
