MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020714 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on March 19, 2024, for 'collapsible bridge establishing system.'

Inventor(s) include Ramandeep Deorda; Ravinder Singh; Simranjot Singh; and Sukhnik Singh.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A collapsible bridge establishing system, comprising, a frame 1 developed to be installed on a ground surface, a pair of motorized first drill bits are assembled underneath the frame 1 to affix one end of the frame 1 on the surface, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 mounted on the frame 1 for capturing images in vicinity of the frame, touch interactive display panel 3 is installed on the frame 1 for displaying the captured images, pair of motorized scissor lift arrangements 4 embedded on lateral sides of the frame 1 for deploying the frame, a pair of second drill bits arranged underneath the other end for affixing the other end at the target location and a pair of motorized rollers 6 are configured on the tray 7 to rotate for tightening/loosening a looped strap 8 that is coiled on the rollers."
