Provided are a communication method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium, which can be applied to an access point (AP) device. The method comprises: during the process of transmitting non-low-latency service data within a transmission opportunity (TXOP), when there is a low-latency service data transmission requirement, determining a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), which is used for transmitting the non-low-latency service data, wherein the first PPDU comprises a first identification bit, and the first identification bit is used for indicating that a PPDU for transmitting low-latency service data is sent after the first PPDU is sent within the TXOP; and sending the first PPDU. By means of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a transmission mode for low-latency service data can be provided."
