According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided in the present disclosure are a communication method and apparatus, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: when a network device is in a discontinuous reception (DRX) state, starting from a start time of a sleep period of the DRX state or a first time before the start time, not sending first-type channel state information to a user equipment. In the method of the present disclosure, starting from the start time of the sleep period or the first time before the start time, the network device may not send the first-type channel state information to the user equipment, such that in a scenario where the network device is configured with DRX, the reception of some uplink information can be skipped and the sending of some downlink information can also be reduced, thereby further realizing power saving of the network device."
