The method is applied to a network device, and the method comprises: sending configuration information to a terminal device, the configuration information indicating M sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets, the M SRS resource sets comprising X first SRS resource sets and Y second SRS resource sets, the X first SRS resource sets comprising at least one first SRS resource, the Y second SRS resource sets comprising at least one second SRS resource, a time domain resource corresponding to the at least one first SRS resource being a sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) type time unit, and a time domain resource corresponding to the at least one second SRS resource being a non-SBFD type time unit; and receiving, according to the configuration information, an SRS from the terminal device. The solution of the present application can improve the performance of SRS transmission."
