MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411017435 A) filed by Translational Health Science And Technology Institute, Faridabad, Haryana, on March 11, 2024, for 'composition and method for resuscitating microbes in vbnc state.'
Inventor(s) include Chauduri, Susmita; Yadav, Manisha; Tanwar, Subhash; Kumar, Deepak; and Pandey, Sweta.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a metabolite composition useful in resuscitation of bacteria in VBNC state comprising taurine, hypo-taurine, leucine and lysine, wherein the molar concentration of each amino acid is independently selected in the range from 5 m to 75 m."
