Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Compounds Of Drugs With An Albumin Binding Moiety' Filed by Ascendis Pharma A/S

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547083248 A) filed by Ascendis Pharma A/S, Hellerup, Denmark, on Sept. 2, for 'compounds of drugs with an albumin binding moiety.'

Inventor(s) include Sprogoe, Kennett; Bisek, Nicola; Stubba, Daniel; Reisacher, Ulrike; and Weisbrod, Samuel.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application relates to compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the compounds comprise at least one polymeric moiety, to which at least two drug moieties are covalently and reversibly conjugated, which drug moieties are conjugated to an albumin binding moiety. The application also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one such compound and their medical uses."
