MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411005881 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on Jan. 29, 2024, for 'concrete pillar manufacturing device.'
Inventor(s) include Vineet Pandey; Mohd Arif; and Anshu Tomar.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a concrete pillar manufacturing device, comprising a housing 1 positioned on a ground surface configured with a set of chambers 2 storing sand and cement, a touch screen 3 installed on the housing 1 foe enabling user's input commands, a vessel 4 installed underneath the chambers 2 for sieving and collecting the material, a platform 5 positioned underneath the vessel 4 and configured with a set of molds 6 for receiving the material, a motorized slider 7 configured between the molds 6 and platform 5 for translating the molds 6, a gripper 8 configured with housing 1 for gripping an iron bar from a container 9 attached within the housing 1, an imaging unit 10 mounted within the housing 1 detecting arrangement of iron bar, a pusher 11 configured underneath the molds 6 removing concrete pillar."
