MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127729 A) filed by Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana, on Dec. 16, 2025, for 'construction-site autonomous illumination and safety-monitoring system.'

Inventor(s) include Nishchay Raj; Dr. Dipali Bansal; and Dr. Meenakshi Gupta.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A construction-site autonomous illumination and safety-monitoring system comprising a mobile body 101 equipped with a plurality of track wheels 102 for movement, an inspection unit installed on the body 101 to detect presence, location and movement of a worker, a frame 103 with a plurality of lighting mounted on the body 101 mounted via an extension arrangement to provide adjustable lighting over the construction site, a power management unit coupled with the frame 103 to regulate power distribution and balance consumption between lighting, sensing and projection, an AR (augmented reality) holographic projection unit 110 mounted on the body 101 to project 3D alignment guides, hazard boundaries and environmental indicators and a blockchain-secured cloud storage module for storing tower data, worker position and historical site information."
