MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019151 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 15, 2024, for 'container cleaning device.'
Inventor(s) include Pankaj Kumar Goswami.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A container cleaning device, comprises of a cuboidal body 1 configured with multiple supporting legs 3 developed to be positioned on ground surface,,a holding arrangement installed within body 1 for enabling user to accommodate container, a two-axis sliding arrangement 7 installed on the ceiling portion for aligning sponge 8 attached with sliding arrangement 7 with opening, a dual-sectioned chamber 10 configured with electronic nozzle 11 installed within body 1 for storing cleaning solution, a motorized ball and socket joint installed in between rod 9 and sponge 8 to provide angular movement to sponge 8, an inverted L-shaped hollow telescopic pole 15 installed on body 1 for extending and positioning mouth portion of pole 15 within container, a telescopic bar 16 configured with an air blower 17 installed on sliding arrangement 7 for extending and positioning air blower 17 close to opening to dry container as desired by user."
